Self-imposed Limits

We offer you the option to manage and control the amount of deposit you can use to gamble. We can restrict the deposit limit of your account in any rolling 24-hour period and any request made to lower the limit will be effective immediately. However, although the amount may be revised or increased, it should not be higher than the ones set in your account and should be subject to account review within 24 hours, from the time of request. The Self-Imposed Deposit Gambling Limit could be set per day, week or month depending on the request you make to Customer Care Team.

Account Closure

If in any case you feel that you just need a break from gambling, we are offering the account closure service. Your account may be re-opened at a later date but only if the request is made in writing and after a 24-hour cooling-off period. All you have to do is contact the Customer Care Team and we will provide you with all the information that you need regarding the account closure process.

Self Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is no longer fun and you are starting to get concerned about your behavior and your gambling activity, you can request to self-exclude via Customer Care Team. This option enables you to close your account for a minimum period of 6 months up to five years, as requested. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be closed. Any attempt to create a new account will be frozen immediately upon verification. The temporary blocked access will be enforced and will be irrevocable during the self-exclusion period. We will make sure you will not receive any promotional materials during this time.

Upon self exclusion the account will be immediately closed and the balance is returned together with any winnings that are due. If you want to re-activate your account after the self-exclusion time frame, you just need to contact our Customer Care Team.
