  1. SEGA Partners is the Affiliate network for SEGA Games. SEGA Partners was developed to allow you to promote brands such as SEGA Casino and SEGA Poker.
  2. SEGA Partners mission is to help out our affiliates to be more successful. SEGA Partners Affiliates benefit from having the highest earning potential of any online gaming affiliate network. By offering a variety of games through integrated SEGA -brands, it attracts the highest number of players. As a result by having more players, it increases your potential for Affiliate revenue.
  3. The Affiliate relationship is a partnership between SEGA Partners and you, the Affiliate. When your real money players (RMPs) or your Sub-affiliates generate revenue, SEGA Partners will reward you with monthly revenue share (Percentage Payment Plan) which varies per number of players you have brought to our site, or cost per acquisition payments (Per Sign-up Plan).
  4. An affiliate network acts as mediator between SEGA Partners and you, the Affiliate partner. It allows us to reach larger audience by promoting SEGA Games brands. As a SEGA Partners affiliate, you receive payment rewards on the revenue that your referred players or sub-affiliates generate via our many gaming brands.
  5. By promoting SEGA Poker or SEGA Casino via online marketing activity or by any other means of promotion. For each and every real money player referred to any of the SEGA Games brands, you will be rewarded for the activities of those players via Per Sign-up Plan or Percentage Payment Plan. Supplying cutting edge marketing tools and materials SEGA Partners allows our affiliates the best possible opportunity to generate revenue and promote our brands.
  6. You can promote any or all of our SEGA brands - SEGACasino.com, SEGAPoker.com from the SEGA Partners affiliate network!
  7. The SEGA Partners SEGA Pass system allows your referred players to benefit from being able to play at all the SEGA Games brands from a single player account. SEGA Games offers industry leading customer service, player bonuses and support.
  8. Complete and submit the registration form in the Join Now section. You also must agree with the Terms and Conditions on our Standard Affiliate Agreement.
  9. Being an Affiliate is open to anyone who wants to promote the SEGA Games brands. Standard Terms and Conditions apply.

  11. We reserve the right to refuse any site that contains offensive materials. Including but not limited to pornography, explicit language or content that infringes ours or other third party, intellectual property or supports violent or discriminatory groups.
  12. A Real Money Player is any person who is attached to your Tracker or your Sub-Affiliates’ Tracker who: 1. Has not been a registered player of SEGA Games; 2. Has made the minimum required deposit; 3. Is not located in the United States of America or in any other territory which is included in the restricted nations; 4. Is accepted as a player under any applicable sign up or identity verification procedure which we may require; 5. Or any other qualification criteria that we may introduce from time to time.
  13. As of 2nd October 2006 our definition of Real Money Players will no longer include players who are located within the USA. The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 will prevent us from accepting U.S. consumer deposits for the purpose of betting or wagering.
  14. We look at these cases on an individual basis. If you can provide us a marketing plan outlining your target market, scope, potential, demographic and any previous marketing campaigns then you can be a SEGA Partners Affiliate.
  15. No, when you register as a SEGA Partners Affiliate, you can include all of your website URLs. If you would like to add a new URL, you can do so by creating additional Tracker IDs.

  17. Once a real money player has registered via one of your Tracker IDs/Bonus Codes, he or she is linked to that Tracker ID/Bonus Code and its associated payment option and cannot be changed.
  18. Our Affiliate team reviews each application and evaluates it for content and suitability for our program. We DO NOT accept websites without their own domain, websites with adult content or any other type of website that would violate the law or the ethical standards determined by SEGA Games.
  19. You should place the links and banners on the home page or other high traffic pages of your website. The more visibility you give SEGA, the more visitors will go to see SEGA and register an account. This all adds up to more revenue for you. You can also discuss placement with an Affiliate Account Manager for tips on how you can maximize the exposure of the links to your traffic.
  20. No, we cannot change a referrals’ ID from one affiliate to another.
  21. Protecting the privacy of SEGA Games players is of the utmost importance. When opening an account these players know that their information is secure, and that's why they continue to play. We may provide the account numbers of players so that our affiliates can track individual players over time.

Tracker ID and Bonus Code Generator

  1. Creating unique Tracker IDs in our marketing tools sections for each of your unique promotions gives you the ability to establish your bonus incentives and payment options of your potential players. The Tracker ID is your key to getting players linked to your affiliate account. When they click on it they are automatically registered to you.
  2. After you are a registered SEGA Partners Affiliate, you can create as many individual Tracker IDs online as necessary with the Tracker Creation Tool in the Trackers section.

    SEGA Partners may restrict the number of trackers or Sub-affiliates you can create. If this occurs, your current number of trackers/Sub-affiliates and your current limit will be displayed in your Members Area. If you need to increase the number of trackers or sub-affiliates, please contact your Account Manager.
  3. SEGA Partners uses bonus codes to track real money players that sign up to our brands.

    Each unique bonus code that is linked to your Tracker ID tracks players to your affiliate account.

    All bonus codes are linked to a unique Tracker ID. This is automatically created for you when you set up your bonus code.

    When setting up a new bonus code, you can choose your payment option and the player sign-up bonus incentive that would be the best fit to promote to the potential players.

    By creating the bonus code, you are ensured that your referred player is tracked to you.
  4. This is an introductory offer to attract potential new players to register and start playing at SEGA Games brands. It is a great tool for promoting real money players and stimulating them to register. You can use sign-up bonuses to promote SEGA Games brands via online marketing.

    Promoting via online marketing: A player will click on your link and SEGA Partners technology will recognize your unique Tracker ID with the associated player incentive sign-up bonus. After fulfilling the necessary conditions, your player will then receive the bonus.
  5. W e offer a wide variety of bonus incentives to help you promote our different products.

    Bonus incentives will be offered based on the brand you selected during your tracker creation. Choose the one that best fits your needs.
  6. Setting up a sign-up bonus (linked to a Tracker ID or Bonus Code) that fails to generate any new referred players within 90 days will expire.

    If there are no new referred players registered after 75 days, SEGA Partners will send you an email informing you that your player incentive sign-up bonus is about to expire. You will be given the option to extend the sign-up bonus.

    If the email notification is ignored and the sign-up bonus incentive is not renewed, then the Tracker ID will remain active for use in the future and will continue tracking the revenues from your players that have already registered. The Tracker ID will no longer have a player incentive sign-up bonus or a Bonus Code attached to it. If you wish to offer a sign -up bonus incentive to other referred players, you will need to set up a new Tracker ID and Bonus Code.
  7. To encourage new players to register and start playing, the more referred players you have means more earnings on your part.

Reports

  1. SEGA Partners extensive reporting offers you a reliable and efficient way to see exactly how much revenue you are generating. Tracking your players’ activity and analyzing the effectiveness of your campaigns has never been easier.
  2. You will find all the reports you need to manage your Affiliate account in the SEGA Partners Reports section:

    Monthly Statement: Your monthly statement allows you to look at all your activity. Using these statements you will be able to find out the revenue generated by your real money players and all your sub-affiliates.

    Quick Stats: A total outline of your data. With multiple ways to view your data, from daily, weekly, or monthly, you will always know your current stats.

    Tracker Report: The tracker stats report allows you to check your activity by tracker.

Cashier

  1. SEGA Partners Affiliates receive payment for the previous month’s activity within seven working days from the first working day of the subsequent month.
  2. SEGA Partners Affiliates can cash out their payments via the Cashier. With more than ten different, country-specific payment options to choose from, including MoneyBookers, NETELLER, Click2Pay, Wire Transfer and checks by mail, you will have many ways to access your money.
  3. An inter-account transfer enables you to move funds from your SEGA Partners Affiliate account to one of your players’ accounts.
  4. If SEGA Partners consider an account fraudulent or with charge backs, the account will be disabled. Commissions will not be earned on disabled accounts.
  5. Net revenue is calculated as gross revenue less charge backs, complimentary money, free money offers, and other incentives offered to the customer.

    For SEGA Poker, net revenue is calculated as the sum total of all Players' contribution to all "rakes" the Players were involved in while playing in the SEGA Poker Room, less any credits (bonus or promotional amounts given to Players), less charge backs, or any uncollectible revenue attributable to the Player.

Sub-Affiliates

  1. A Sub-affiliate is a person you recommend and register as a SEGA Partners Affiliate. As your Sub-affiliates start promoting our brands and referring new real money players (RMP), you will start earning additional revenue. Your sub-affiliates receive the same benefits as you. Also, as the Master Affiliate (which is you), you can view the Sub- affiliates activity and revenue generation in a dedicated report available in the Sub-affiliates section.
  2. Current Payment Plan for Sub-affiliates is 20% of All Direct Sub-affiliate Revenue.
  3. Complete and submit the Register a Sub- affiliate form. We can, if needed, supply you with a link that your Sub - affiliate can use to access the registration page. Please contact your Account Manager for more details.
  4. Your Sub-affiliates will be associated with you as their Master Affiliate. You can view your Sub-affiliates using the View Sub-affiliates report.
  5. No. If your Sub-affiliate (A) starts his or her own Sub-affiliate network by registering another Sub-affiliate (B), you will not be eligible to earn any revenue from B’s referred players. SEGA Partners only operates a single-tier Sub-affiliate program.

Update Details

  1. You can change any of your Affiliate account details, including your password, mailing address, contacts, secret question and answer, etc. in the Update Your Details within My Account section.

    For security reasons, once you have registered, you will not be able to change the login ID and beneficiary name from this section. If you want to make a change to your login ID and beneficiary name, please contact your Account Manager. Please do not register multiple times.
  2. SEGA Partners will only send you email information you have requested. You have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list by accessing the 'Update Profile' section under the 'My Account' tab in the Members Area.
  3. SEGA Partners reviews each application individually. The average turnaround time for the application to be reviewed is 3 business days.

  4. Banner ads are the rectangular or square ads that you see on sites all over the web. We offer static or animated options. Banners are clickable, meaning if a visitor clicks one, they will be re-directed to the site advertised on the banner (for example: SEGAPoker.com). Each banner contains a Tracker ID that is invisible to the viewer but allows us to track the number people who click on the banner. Banners are available for download in either GIF or Flash format in the Marketing Tools section.
  5. HTML mailers operate in a similar way to the banner ads, except they are sent to potential players email address. Upon opening the email and clicking the link they will be prompted to download the SEGA brand game software and able to become real money players. The players who deposit and become RMP’s will be tracked to you and you will generate earnings. We provide a selection of HTML mailers in the Marketing Tools section available for you to download.
  6. SEGA Partners can offer substantial advice to help you create more effective marketing campaigns and increase your revenues. Always check out the Marketing Tools section to see what new options you have to further your campaign.
  7. Contact us 24 hours a day. We can deliver customized marketing tools that will work for you.
  8. You can have as many links to SEGA Games as you want. The more links you have, the more opportunities visitors will have to click through to SEGA Poker and SEGA Casino.
  9. As a SEGAParterns Affiliate, you will have access to a wide variety of graphics and content that you can use on your website.   10. We use cookies to track referrals to SEGA Games. When a visitor of your website clicks through to SEGA Poker or SEGA Casino from a banner or text link that contains your unique tracking ID, a cookie is dropped on their computer.

    This cookie tells us how this player came to our website, and you are credited with the referral. If a cookie is not dropped on their computer, then we use the information from the "How did you hear about us?" field in the join form to tell us how a player was referred to our website.
